Reading the Leadership by Design framework is the beginning of something. Understanding at an intellectual level that signal integrity determines system survival — that the gap between what you intend and what your architecture produces is a design problem rather than a performance problem — is real and valuable.
But seeing differently and building differently are not the same capability.
The seminar curriculum was built for the gap between them. It installs structural capability rather than concepts to take home and think about: instruments you deploy inside your own organizational environment, against your own challenges.

Registration closes on 4 March 2027, two weeks before the seminar. The workbook carries your name and takes time to produce, and the preparation you receive at registration needs long enough to do its work. Two weeks is the floor. Below that you would be buying the room without the thing that makes the room work.
